How do I contact a seller?
Every listing has a message button. Your first message goes through Pups4Sale, so both sides have a record of what was agreed.
Are the sellers verified?
Sellers must verify a mobile number before they can message buyers, and breeders in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia must supply their government breeder identification before a listing goes live.
What should I check before paying a deposit?
Ask to see the puppy with its mother, in person or on a live video call, and never pay a deposit to anyone who will only deal through a courier or transport company.
